Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, the following product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as permitted under applicable Indian consumer laws:

• Herbal powders and plant-based supplements
• Superfoods, edible powders, and food-grade botanicals
• Skincare, cosmetic, and personal-care products
• Free samples, trial packs, and promotional items

Products intended for consumption or topical use cannot be accepted back once dispatched.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We will provide a replacement or refund if any of the following situations occur:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Product received in damaged, leaking, or tampered condition
• Item missing from the order

Conditions

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs or an unboxing video must be provided
• Products must be unused and in original condition where applicable

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preferences related to taste, smell, or texture
• Individual results or expectations
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays
