To initiate a return:

• Provide reason for return
• We will provide return instructions and authorization
• Ship the product back to us (return shipping may apply)

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective)

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after 7 days
• Digital products or downloadable content

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
